Pat Knight is the Executive and Clinical Director for Specialized Health Services (SHS), Inc. Pat has been with SHS since 1998. He is one of the two primary leaders of the agency. Pat’s responsibilities include carrying out the mission of the agency, program and residential operations, quality assurance, financial management, community outreach, clinical trainings, consumer consultation, and fundraising. Pat also is an LMFT and certified Pro-Act trainer.

Yaniv Geller is the Chief Operating Officer of Specialized Health Services (SHS), Inc. and has been with the agency since 2000. As one of SHS’s two primary leaders, Yaniv oversees program and residential operations, financial and technological management, community outreach, fundraising, staff training, consumer consultation, and quality assurance. He is widely respected for his strong organizational, leadership, and troubleshooting skills, and is highly regarded by consumers, families, care providers, and partner organizations for his compassion, experience, and expertise.

The VISTAS Home is honored to welcome Dillian Contreras. Dillan joined the Specialized Health Services, Inc. family as the manager of the VISTAS Home in September 2023. Dillian brings a wealth of experience to this position and from the outset demonstrates herself to be a kind, supportive, responsible and conscientious leader. All the consumers at the home (Christian, Larry, William) have taken to Dillian quickly and enjoy her immensely. We are very grateful to have Dillian and look forward to having her lead the group home!

From November 2008 to July 2013, the former program director for VISTAS Hawthorne – Kelly has been with the agency for over 24 years. She oversees and operates the Hawthorne program in a highly structured, organized, person-centered, inclusive, and supportive manner. It is evident when the consumers and staff members feel like they are treated with love, compassion, and respect. The energy of the program is a celebration of our consumer success stories and remarkable changes we have made with the lives of wonderful people we have the honor of serving! The program is well implemented and modeled by Kelly. In addition to running an outstanding day program, Kelly has earned a doctoral degree in psychology and is a certified applied behavioral analyst providing education workshops for regional center consumers and her clients are consistently involved as outstanding and highly educators. We are very grateful to have Kelly as the VISTAS Hawthorne director and key person on the VISTAS family and program on the East region in team!

Deborah Weisbeck worked at assistant program director at VISTAS Hawthorne. Deb has been a stalwart of the program for the past 24 years. Deb’s calm, caring and experienced approach has been instrumental to the program’s success due to her in-depth knowledge in achieving behavioral and emotional growth and improvements. Deb’s advance knowledge in areas such as behavior modification, mental health, crisis management and various other counseling interventions. The consumers, the staff members and the program’s success and consumers well-being. Deb is also highly skilled technologically. She has individually helped the program offer outstanding services to both clients in addition to its healthcare services model. Deb’s wonderful personality, resilience, and skill is greatly appreciated and the VISTAS family is grateful to have her!

Elizabeth Loy is the program director for VISTAS Granada Hills. Known to the VISTAS family as “Lizzy” she has been a dedicated and outstanding employee of the agency for over 12 years. Lizzy leads the 100% community-based program with compassion and skill. She is adept at facilitating day program services that effectively teaches the consumers how to improve a myriad of life skills in a community-integrated setting. Lizzy has carved out an excellent reputation as a program leader that cares deeply for the consumers and is proficient in helping them improve behaviorally and emotionally. Lizzy is beloved by the consumers, their family members, and care-providers. Everyone is grateful to have Lizzy as the Granada Hill’s leader and key part of the VISTAS family.

Christina Loy is the assistant program director at VISTAS Granada Hills. Christina has worked at VISTAS Granada Hills for over 6 years. Christina is an outstanding director and counselor. Her exceptional leadership skills are a key component to the program running efficiently and effectively. Her impressive counseling skills are integral to the consumers emotional well-being and behavioral improvements. She is admired and highly regarded by consumers, family members and care-providers. The VISTAS family is grateful to have such a skilled and committed director helping lead the Granada Hills day program.

Yanett Perez is the program director for VISTAS North Hollywood. Yanett has worked at VISTAS since 2015. She possesses excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Her work with the consumers is exceptional and she consistently demonstrates an innate ability to skillfully work with and help consumers with severe behavioral and emotional challenges. Yanett is adored by not only the consumers, but their family members and care-providers as well. Yanett regularly goes above and beyond the duties of her job to ensure that consumers receive the highest level of support and care. Yanett’s colorful personality, strong work ethic and commitment to enhance the lives of the consumers is the driving force behind the outstanding behavioral support services the VISTAS North Hollywood program provides!

Gustavo Mora, better known as “Gus” has been with Specialized Health Services since 2015. Gus tries his best for his loyal, calm and supportive nature undoubtedly contributes to a positive environment. His ability to connect with people emotionally and behaviorally – Because of his outstanding performance as a counselor over the past 7 years. Gus recently earned a well-deserved promotion to director at VISTAS North Hollywood. His outstanding attitude and leadership ability is very grateful to have Gus and appreciates the amazing work he is doing for the consumers and the agency.
